Bookings are confirmed via email after the required details and advance payment are received.
A minimum 30% advance payment is mandatory to secure your booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are allowed 10 days before the trip’s start date for packages.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used during booking.
Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.
In case of any refunds approved by Business,It will take 5 working days for refund to credit in your original mode of payment

4. Pricing and Payment

Package prices are fixed at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.

5. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
Any misinformation may result in booking issues, for which Travels Guru India is not liable.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Travels Guru India is not liable for disruptions caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, or other acts of God.
We are also not responsible for third-party services, such as airline or hotel issues, but we will assist in addressing concerns wherever possible.
